Talia is responsible for controlling the Nightmares that are kept at the Mountains of Tall Cliff.
When Mierna and Wexel are captured in the Dreaming Sphere, they manage to escape only by rolling it down the side of the cliff and into her bedroom. Lucky for them, the drapery softens their landing.
